At Santa Paws Bull Terriers, we are deeply committed to the lifelong well-being of every Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy we raise and place in a loving home. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency, protect the health of our puppies, and provide peace of mind to our buyers.

Refund Policy

  1. Health-Related Refund (Within 7 Days of Purchase)
    If your Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of receiving the puppy and is found to be:
    • Unhealthy,
    • Diagnosed with a genetic defect not disclosed at the time of sale, or
    • Inconsistent with the health records provided by Santa Paws Bull Terriers,
    you are entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the veterinary report.For a replacement puppy, a diagnosis of a genetic condition must be confirmed in writing by two licensed veterinarians from separate clinics.
  2. Change-of-Circumstance Return (Within 90 Days)
    If, within the first 90 days after purchase, you find yourself unable to provide proper care for your Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy due to unforeseen life circumstances (e.g., relocation, medical issues, housing changes), you may return the puppy for a full refund.Prior to issuing the refund, Santa Paws Bull Terriers will conduct a veterinary health examination at our expense.
    • If the puppy is in good health and shows no signs of neglect or environmental harm, the refund will be approved.
    • If the puppy is found to be unwell due to improper care or changes in diet/environment, the refund will be denied.
  3. After 90 Days
    Refunds are not available after 90 days from the date of purchase for reasons related to the buyer’s ability to provide care. However, we always encourage buyers to reach out—we may assist with rehoming options to ensure your Staffy finds a suitable new home.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • If you return your Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy within 90 days due to an inability to provide care, you are responsible for all re-shipping costs.
  • Santa Paws Bull Terriers will cover the return shipping fee only if a veterinary examination within the first 7 days confirms the puppy is unwell or has a genetic defect as outlined above.

Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Complete the Return Request Form at the bottom of this page on homeraisedstaffs.com.
  2. We will review your submission within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved and (if applicable) after veterinary verification, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

A Personal Note from Santa Paws Bull Terriers

While I have been blessed to place healthy, thriving Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies in wonderful homes—and have never had a return due to genetic defects or health issues—I maintain this comprehensive policy because your confidence matters.

The only return I’ve ever accepted was from a loving owner who had to relocate overseas for work and could not secure appropriate long-term care. In that case, we welcomed the puppy back with open arms.
